Facilities and Event Management services support the effective planning, coordination and operation of university spaces and events. These services help ensure university facilities are well‑managed, events are executed smoothly, and institutional operations are supported in alignment with university policies and priorities.

BCC Facilities Management

Provides comprehensive facilities and lab operations support across HSC and BCC, including equipment inventory and contracts, security access, space and office moves, workorder coordination, and capital asset reporting. Prepares and supports laboratories for new and departing PIs, manages large deliveries and physical moves, coordinates emergency response for lab and building issues, and serves as Building Emergency Coordinator. Acts as primary liaison for Physical Plant, Engineering, Perkins, and external vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient research and administrative operations.
