A wide variety of services that facilitate institutional communication and collaboration needs. Includes telephones and conferencing, Outlook email and calendaring, Teams collaboration services, media (digital screens) and audio/visual, and web services.

Support for university-owned end-point devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices and related peripherals that are not printing-related. Devices as part of a service-level agreement (SLA) for Desktop Support, institutionally owned loaner equipment, shared pool or unit computing environment. Includes hardware lifecycle and recycling, resource planning and active directory management.
