Human Resource Systems

Administration and management of our core human resource system - WorkdayHR. Workday includes recruiting, position management, performance review, workforce development and time and attendance. Also includes payroll and benefits administration systems.

Financial Management Systems

Administration and management of Workday Finance system. Workday Finance covers our financial services, procurement, travel, budget, vendor relations and purchasing.

Student Information Systems

UofL's Campus Solutions Student Information System includes admissions, enrollment, registration, orientation, financial aid and student accounts. Other advising, career and collection services will be under this category.

Data, Reporting and Analytics

Business intelligence platforms, data warehouse management, university dashboards, analytics tools, transactional reporting, operational data storage and other financial data are supported.

Business Capacity and Automation Process

Practices, workflows and technologies that automate, improve efficiencies and measure the effectiveness of UofL's business processes. Includes IT service management; ticket management; customer relationship management; job scheduling and workflow management.

Content & Document Management

Onbase and document management systems - used to organize, store, retrieve, share and secure documents, both physical and digital, throughout their lifecycle.

Medical and Health Systems

Encompasses enterprise applications and platforms that support clinical, financial and operational functions within healthcare environments. This includes systems like Epic, which manages electronic health records (EHR), and Axiom, which supports healthcare financial planning and analytics.

Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement

University Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (formerly Advancement) advances the institution’s mission by building lifelong relationships and securing philanthropic support that fuels strategic priorities. Through coordinated fundraising efforts, alumni engagement, stewardship, and advancement operations, the division generates resources that enhance academic excellence, student success, and institutional sustainability.

Facilities and Event Management

Facilities and Event Management services support the effective planning, coordination and operation of university spaces and events. These services help ensure university facilities are well‑managed, events are executed smoothly, and institutional operations are supported in alignment with university policies and priorities.
