Prepares and supports laboratories for new and departing PIs, manages large deliveries and physical moves, coordinates emergency response for lab and building issues, and serves as Building Emergency Coordinator. Acts as primary liaison for Physical Plant, Engineering, Perkins, and external vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient research and administrative operations.
