Our consulting services include processes and procedures to maintain essential functions and resume operations during and after a disruptive event like a natural disaster, cyberattack, or equipment failure.

Taking care of the University’s core business software applications are one of our key responsibilities. In addition to providing system administration and development support, ITS ensures the security, maintenance and proper storage of all the data generated with these various systems.

ITS Enterprise Security is in charge of the vulnerability management program. Vulnerability management support for systems and applications for colleges, departments and units on all campuses. A systematic review that encompasses assessment, prioritization, and remediation to reduce UofL's overall risk over time.

As part of application management and digital transformation, we support solutions that can simplify or rationalize process flows for clarity, speed, and consistency across UofL's enterprise systems.
