PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) is the system of record for most academic administrative functions to manage the entire student lifecycle. AR/VR/XR/Simulation services provide immersive, interactive and simulated experiences that merge the digital and physical worlds. These services use Extended Reality (XR) as an umbrella term that encompasses Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR).

Workday Human Resources (HR) is a cloud-based solution designed to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance and career development. It centralizes employee data, making it easier for HR teams to access and analyze workforce insights. The platform supports organizational planning, compensation management, and employee engagement tools.


OnBase is an enterprise information platform for document management, image capture, and creating a workflow to support the storage of official business records. If you need services, request a workflow or modify changes to a workflow, we can assist you.


Webex is the University of Louisville’s preferred telephone service. The Webex application can be used on a desktop, laptop, tablet or cellular device to make and receive phone calls using your UofL phone number. Webex calling allows encrypted calls from any location, whether on or off campus. Webex also allows self-service control over your phone settings including call forwarding, voicemail, do not disturb, blocking numbers and more.


We protect the university's network by using firewalls to block unauthorized access. Some approved exemptions are given to those who have need for a new firewall rule or changes to existing firewall rules. For systems needing additional protection, custom firewall rules can also be requested.


ITS Enterprise Security is in charge of the vulnerability management program. Vulnerability management support for systems and applications for colleges, departments and units on all campuses. A systematic review that encompasses assessment, prioritization, and remediation to reduce UofL's overall risk over time.


For major technology projects and implementations that have community or university-wide impact, a comprehensive communication and marketing plan with various dates, types of communication/announcements and different audiences is required.
