Physical Security Systems/Access Control Division of Public Safety provides managed physical security services to support secure access to university buildings and facilities. If experiencing login issues, Cayuse advises to clear your browser's cache or use an incognito window. Additionally, a Help Center is available within the system. Adobe Sign provides a secure, cloud-based platform for electronic signatures and document workflows at the University of Louisville. Adobe Sign enables faculty, staff and administrative units to send, sign and manage documents digitally, reducing paper usage and streamlining approval processes.


Microsoft Outlook Email is provided to University of Louisville faculty, staff and students for secure, reliable email communication through Microsoft 365. Outlook supports professional correspondence, calendar scheduling and contact management, ensuring seamless integration with other university systems and collaboration tools.


PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) is the system of record for most academic administrative functions to manage the entire student lifecycle. It includes modules for admissions, enrollment, academic records, course scheduling and financial aid. The system supports personalized student experiences and helps UofL maintain compliance with educational regulations.


End-to-end management of the university’s Drupal CMS infrastructure hosted on the Acquia Cloud Platform. This service ensures secure, scalable, and high-performing web environments for institutional websites. Key offerings include infrastructure oversight, platform maintenance, performance optimization and issue resolution.


University-affiliated faculty members, postdocs, students or research lab staff members can request accounts for access to powerful computing systems. All of the systems are administered by a team of specialized HPC system administrators and supported by a team of research computing consultants with experience in HPC.


Microsoft SharePoint provides a secure, scalable platform for document management, team collaboration and intranet publishing across the University of Louisville. SharePoint supports departmental and cross-functional collaboration by enabling users to create, share and manage content in real time, improving communication and operational efficiency.


Webex is the University of Louisville’s preferred telephone service. The Webex application can be used on a desktop, laptop, tablet or cellular device to make and receive phone calls using your UofL phone number. Webex calling allows encrypted calls from any location, whether on or off campus. Webex also allows self-service control over your phone settings including call forwarding, voicemail, do not disturb, blocking numbers and more.


Our service teams can consult about Voice over Internet Protocol (VolP) services and setup your network connection through a work order. There are several options of phone models available depending on your needs.


Office 365 Outlooks and Teams integrated calendaring support services, including setting up shared resources.


Taking care of the University’s core business software applications are one of our key responsibilities. In addition to providing system administration and development support, ITS ensures the security, maintenance and proper storage of all the data generated with these various systems.


We maintain and manage UofL's wireless (Wi-Fi) network on all campuses with 802.11n dual band 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi. With four different types of wireless access, we have options for the best connectivity and extended, certified access depending on your needs and UofL sign-in level.


Our GlobalProtect Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows users in a remote location or on a public network to securely connect to protected university resources not usually accessible off-campus. Requesting an account and installing software is needed.

TeamDynamix (TDX) is the University of Louisville’s enterprise platform for IT Service Management (ITSM), project management and enterprise service management. It supports service delivery, ticketing, project tracking and workflow automation across departments.


Consultation services for audio and visual integration with expertise in selecting the right equipment, managing infrastructure and creating a cohesive audiovisual strategy.


The Integrated Research Information System (iRIS) at UofL holds numerous applications, contract forms and research compliance materials. Our team handles support tickets and system requests.


Consulting services for meeting and conference rooms, including technology integrations, equipment and platform selection and training.


We protect the university's network by using firewalls to block unauthorized access. Some approved exemptions are given to those who have need for a new firewall rule or changes to existing firewall rules. For systems needing additional protection, custom firewall rules can also be requested. The Network and Connectivity Management form can be used to request SSL/TLS Certificates.
