The installation and configuration of standard software, whether part of our Microsoft Office365 products, Adobe offerings or a user-specified product, is included in our support plans.
Our experts can assist with operating system imaging and deployment solutions. This team is able to quickly configure devices to the standards set by our security teams and UofL Policy. Our team can also assist with departmental shared folders or workspaces that are housed on ITS servers.
