Includes services for Outlook email and calendaring, productivity suites, SharePoint file sharing, Teams messaging, and collaborative online meeting platforms such as Teams and Zoom. Electronic signature (Adobe Sign), information sharing, productivity, and integrated collaboration tools (Cardbox) used to facilitate interactions between individuals and departments / units.

Mass Communications and Emergency Notifications

One-way communications and emergency communications to the entire campus or other groups. Includes campus alert system - UofL Alerts, electronic newsletter distribution and enterprise mailing management.

Media and A/V

Classroom Support, consultation services for classrooms, AV and other integrative technologies. This area includes audio/visual-related and special event support, and digital signage.

Web Services

Content management systems (Drupal, Plone and integrated systems), ULink portal, web hosting, web analytics and URL management. Also includes online directory assistance and search management.
