Support for identity.louisville.edu - UofL's Identity and Account Management system (IAM), where users perform regular password changes, reset a forgotten password, request accounts such as Active Directory, Authentication Services, Bitwarden, CardBox, Desktop Support (SA), Drupal, SiteImprove, OnBase, Project/Visio, Research Computing Account, Tier 1 Account, VPN Services, Web Analytics.

Our account provisioning supports the modification and removal of accounts and permissions based on user roles and organizational policies. Support for single-sign-on configuration, UserID changes or alternative accounts.

Support for Duo (UL2FCTR) system, UofL's two-factor authentication adds a second layer of security to all online accounts by requiring a second piece of information before you can log into a system.
