Assessing or enabling accessibility on academic software, enterprise applications, or digital resources. Support and consulting services for digital accessibility.

IT Communications and Documentation

Development and delivery of IT communications related to IT services. Includes communications related to system changes, service offerings or service outages (planned or unplanned). Support documentation and materials as necessary in the service catalog and knowledge base.

IT Service Delivery and Support

Includes design and maintenance of the capabilities, tools and service points needed to deliver technology services or provide end-user support. Includes service and help desks and online support delivery.

IT Strategy, Governance and Enterprise Architecture

Enterprise-level strategy and planning.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Consulting and support for advancing transformative technologies and fostering digital collaboration across UofL. Services for driving innovative advancement such as AI, GenAI, custom web applications, AR/VR and business process streamlining.
