Objective or Task
Download, install, and connect to the GlobalProtect VPN app on an Android or iOS device.
Instructions
- Open the app store on your device (Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS).
- Search for GlobalProtect VPN.
- Download and install the GlobalProtect app from Palo Alto Networks.
- Open the app after installation.
- When prompted, enter vpn.louisville.edu for the Server (Android) or Portal (iOS) parameter.
- Log in with your University credentials and complete two-factor authentication if prompted.
- Once connected, you can securely access University resources from your mobile device.
Outcome
Your Android or iOS device will be securely connected to the University network, allowing access to protected resources.
