Boundaries and Constraints

  • External sharing must comply with university data security policies.
  • Site creation and customization requires ITS approval.
  • SharePoint is not intended for storing sensitive or regulated data. 
  • Users must follow university guidelines for content management and retention.

Eligibility

All University of Louisville faculty and staff are eligible to use SharePoint. Access to specific sites is granted based on departmental roles and project needs.
