How to Set Up Email on Your Mobile Device

Objective or Task:

Add your UofL email account to your mobile device.

Instructions

  1. Download the Outlook app from your device’s app store, or open your device’s built-in mail app.
  2. Add a new account and select Microsoft Exchange as the account type.
  3. Enter your email address as userID@louisville.edu.
  4. Enter your ULink password when prompted.
  5. For the server name, enter outlook.office365.com.
  6. Choose a name for your account (for example, “UofL email”).
  7. Complete the setup by following any additional prompts.

Outcome

Your UofL email will be accessible from your mobile device using the Outlook app or your device’s mail app.
