OneDrive Information: How to Use Microsoft OneDrive for Storage at UofL

Before You Begin

Ensure you have a valid UofL user account and access to Office365.
Identify your storage and collaboration needs.

Learn how to access, use and manage files with Microsoft OneDrive at UofL.

Instructions

Access OneDrive

  • Log in to Office365 with your UofL credentials.
  • Download the OneDrive app for desktop or mobile devices.

Upload and Organize Files

  • Use the OneDrive dashboard to upload files and folders.
  • Organize files for easy access and sharing.

Share and Collaborate

  • Share files with UofL colleagues or external partners using secure links.
  • Collaborate in real time with Office apps integrated in OneDrive.

Sync and Backup Files

  • Enable OneDrive sync to automatically back up your documents, pictures and other folders.

Outcome

After completing these steps, you will have secure, unlimited cloud storage and collaboration via Microsoft OneDrive.
