OneDrive: How to Use Microsoft OneDrive for Storage at UofL

Microsoft OneDrive is available to all UofL students, faculty and staff for secure cloud storage and collaboration. OneDrive integrates with Office365 and offers unlimited storage, mobile access and sharing features.

Before You Begin

• Ensure you have valid UofL login credentials and access to Office365.
• Identify your storage and collaboration needs.

 

Instructions

Access OneDrive

• Log in to Office365 with your UofL credentials.
• Download the OneDrive app for desktop or mobile devices.

 

Upload and Organize Files

• Use the OneDrive dashboard to upload files and folders.
• Organize files for easy access and sharing.

 

Share and Collaborate

• Share files with UofL colleagues or external partners using secure links.
• Collaborate in real time with Office apps integrated in OneDrive.

 

Sync and Backup Files

• Enable OneDrive sync to automatically back up your documents, pictures and other folders.
