Learn how to request, access and use CardBox departmental folders for secure file storage and sharing.
Instructions
Request CardBox Access
- Go to the Identity Management Portal and request CardBox access.
- Follow the steps to set up your account and receive confirmation.
Create and Manage Departmental Folders
- Log in to CardBox and create folders for your department or project.
- Invite collaborators by entering their email addresses.
Upload, Share, and Edit Files
- Use the CardBox dashboard to upload files and folders.
- Share files with team members or external collaborators via secure links.
Sync and Backup Files
- Use CardBox desktop and mobile apps to sync files and enable automatic backups.
Outcome
After completing these steps, your department will have secure, unlimited cloud storage and collaboration via CardBox.
