Instructions
Review Standard Configurations
- Consult ITS for approved device models and specifications.
- Request exceptions if your use case requires non-standard hardware.
Request Device Setup
- Submit a ticket for imaging, deployment or configuration.
- ITS will configure devices to university standards.
Maintain and Update Devices
- Follow ITS guidelines for software updates, antivirus and security.
Outcome
After completing these steps, your devices will be set up according to UofL standards for optimal performance and support.
