Learn how to request AV and technology support for special events.
Instructions
Reserve Event Space and AV Services
- Reserve space via the 25Live system or contact the building's dedicated technology staff.
- Request AV equipment and support through the reservation ticketing sytem.
Coordinate Event Setup
- Work with event coordinators to plan equipment delivery and setup.
- Review equipment fees and policies.
Get On-Site Support
- Depending on the building and event space, AV technicians will provide setup and troubleshooting during your event.
Outcome
After completing these steps, your event will be equipped with AV technology and supported by technical staff.

• Contact the ITS HelpDesk: Call 502-852-7997 during business hours:
o Monday through Thursday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
o Friday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
o Saturday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
