UofL provides AV and technology support for special events, including conferences, banquets and student activities. Services include equipment rental, setup and technical assistance.

• If you are reserving a space at the Student Activity Center (SAC) please contact Student Activities Center AV Services.
• The charge for ITS Technology Support is $65/hr.

Instructions

1. Request ITS AV Services & Support 

• Request Room AV Integration Services
• Depending on the building and event space, AV technicians will provide setup and troubleshooting during your event.

 

2. Coordinate Event Setup

• Work with event coordinators to plan equipment delivery and setup.
