How to Report Junk Email to UofL ITS

 

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have valid UofL login credentials.
  • Do not click links or download attachments from suspicious emails.
  • How to Identify Junk or Spam Email
    • Look for unsolicited offers, advertisements, irrelevant messages or emails from unknown senders.
    • Check for misspellings, suspicious links and requests for personal information.

 

Instructions

Report Junk Email

  • If using Outlook
    • Click the “Report Junk” button. This action will report the email to Microsoft and remove it from your inbox.
    • If not, move the email to  your Spam or Junk folder.
