Boundaries and Constraints
- Only university-issued accounts may create or manage Teams.
- External guest access is permitted but must comply with university security policies.
- Teams is not intended for confidential or highly regulated data unless approved by ITS Security.
- Personal device support is limited to Teams app installation and basic troubleshooting.
