OnBase: How to Install the Unity Thin Client

Install the OnBase Unity Thin Client on your computer.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your PC with your Active Directory (AD) domain or Windows account.
  2. Add https://onbase.louisville.edu to your browser’s trusted sites.
  3. Go to the OnBase Unity Client Installer link.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
  5. Make sure you have an OnBase account. If you need one, request it from your supervisor. Only authorized department contacts can submit the request form.

Outcome

After you complete these steps, the OnBase Unity Thin Client will be installed and ready to use. You will receive future updates automatically and can access most OnBase features without needing the Oracle client or ODBC connections.
