OnBase: How to Install the Unity Client

If you need to access OnBase for document management or workflow, you should install the Unity Thin Client. This guide is for anyone who needs to use OnBase at the University of Louisville. Before you Begin

  • Required access or permissions: You must be an active faculty or staff to receive a UofL account.
  • Have your UofL login credentials available.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your PC with your Active Directory (AD) domain or Windows account.
  2. Add https://onbase.louisville.edu to your browser’s trusted sites.
  3. Go to the OnBase Unity Client Installer link.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
  5. Make sure you have an OnBase account. If you need one, request it from your supervisor. Only authorized department contacts can submit the request form.
