Objective
Give feedback, respond to feedback requests, or review feedback you have submitted in Workday.
Instructions
Give Anytime Feedback

From the Workday landing page, enter Give Feedback in the search bar and select the task.

In the Workers field, search for and select the employee or employees you are providing feedback about.

Select OK.

In the Feedback Sharing section, select one option: a. Don’t share with the subject to limit visibility to the subject’s manager and Employee Relations.
b. Share with others to make feedback visible to the subject, their manager, and Employee Relations.

In the Details section, enter your comments in the Feedback text box.

If applicable, select a value from the Badge dropdown.

Select Submit.
Respond to a Feedback Request

From the Workday landing page, select the Inbox icon.

Locate and select the Give Feedback task.

For each Question, enter your feedback in the text box or select Decline and provide a reason.

Select Submit to send your feedback, or select Decline All and provide a reason.
Review Feedback You Have Given

From the Workday landing page, select your Profile icon.

Select View Profile.
-
Select the Feedback profile.
-
On the Feedback Given tab, review the date, recipient, feedback content, and feedback type.
Outcome
Feedback is submitted or reviewed successfully in Workday and recorded as part of your employee feedback history.
