Objective or Task

Access and review recruiting information using the Recruiting Dashboard in Workday.


Before You Begin

  • You have access to Workday as a Hiring Manager.
  • You are assigned to one or more job requisitions.

Instructions

Access the Recruiting Dashboard

  1. From the Workday landing page, open the Global Navigation Menu or select View All Apps.
  2. Select Recruiting Dashboard.

Review Job Requisitions

  1. Review the Job Requisitions section on the dashboard.
  2. Locate information such as Job Requisition ID, Job Title, Status, Days Open, Hiring Manager, Recruiting Start Date, and Active Candidate Count.
  3. Identify whether a job requisition is currently In Offer.

Review the Candidate Pipeline

  1. Review the Candidate Pipeline section for each job requisition.
  2. View the number of candidates in recruiting stages such as Review, Screen, Interview, Offer, Background Check, and Rejected.
  3. Select a candidate count number to view additional candidate details for that stage.

Access the Underutilization Audit

  1. Select a Job Requisition ID from the dashboard.

  2. Select Details for the job requisition.

  3. Select RPT017 Underutilization Audit.

  4. Review underutilization audit details, including:

  • Supervisory Organization
  • Date Posted
  • Utilization Status
  • Position or Hiring Restrictions
  • Position Utilization Status
  1. Review interview progress indicators.
  • A red flag indicates too few candidates have moved to interview.
  • A green flag indicates sufficient candidates have progressed for a hiring decision.

Review Search Committee Information

  1. Review Search Committee details within the audit report.
  2. Confirm the number of committee members assigned.
  3. Identify the Search Committee Chair using the check icon.
  4. Review committee member ethnicity, race, and gender for reporting purposes.

Outcome

You can successfully access the Recruiting Dashboard to monitor job requisitions, track candidate progress and verify underutilization and search committee compliance.
