  • No storage limit
  • Maximum file size of 50 GB

Microsoft SharePoint

  • Cloud‑based collaborative storage
  • Designed for team and departmental collaboration
  • Supports sharing inside the university
  • External sharing available with ITS assistance
  • Site storage up to 1 TB, expandable with ITS support
  • Uses Azure Active Directory security and single sign‑on

 

Microsoft OneDrive for Business

  • Cloud‑based individual storage
  • Intended for personal work files
  • Supports sharing inside and outside the university
  • Storage limit based on license, up to 1 TB
  • Uses Azure Active Directory security and single sign‑on
