Network: How to Troubleshoot Wireless Connection Issues

 

Instructions

  1. Check if your device’s wireless is turned on.
  2. Make sure you are connected to the correct campus wireless network.
  3. Move closer to a wireless access point if your signal is weak.
  4. Restart your device to refresh the connection.
  5. Forget the network and reconnect by entering your credentials again.
  6. Try connecting with a different device to see if the issue is device-specific.
  7. Gather details about your issue, such as error messages or when the problem started.
  8. Report the issue: Report an issue.
