How to Access the Student System via ULINK

Before You Begin

• Ensure you have claimed your account
• Verify your UofL login credentials

Instructions

Access Student System

Navigate to ULINK and click on either the "Student System" or "Faculty" button to log in with your UofL credentials.

• Student System provides access to Manage Classes (Registrar), Academics, Financial Aid, Financial Accounts (Bursar), Academic Progress, Tasks, and Person Profile
• Faculty provides instructors special access to Schedule, Class Roster, Grade Roster

Complete Common Tasks

Student System

• Mange Classes - Link to CourseLeaf PATH used for enrolling and managing classes
• Academics - Transcript Requests (Unofficial and Official), Dean Certificates
• Financial Aid - Accept/Decline Aid, Aid Summary
• Financial Accounts - Account Balance, Transaction Summary, Make a Payment, Payment Plan
• Academic Progress - Change Major, Card Smart, Degree Audit, Stellic
• Tasks - To-Do List, Holds, (including items that may prevent enrollment i.e, Pre-Registration questions)
• Person Profile - Self-service changes to Contacts, Addresses, Preferred Name, PIN, Delegated Access

• Submit a Ticket: Use the self-service portal to log requests.
• In-Person Support: Visit the iTechConnect during business hours for individual help.  Located on the lower level of the Miller Information Technology Center (MITC) - Belknap Campus.
