Digital signage is often used to help coordinators share key details with students, faculty, staff, guests, and other audiences across SOM spaces. The SOM Academic Technology Office supports a wide range of School of Medicine events that require professional audiovisual, hybrid, streaming, recording, and technical coordination. These events include research symposiums, graduations, orientations, inaugurations, town halls, keynote presentations, search committee activities, awards programs, governance meetings, and other high-visibility academic or administrative events.
