This article helps UofL faculty and staff understand the PeopleSoft Financials System to view previous university business transactions. PeopleSoft Financials includes general ledger, purchasing, expense reporting, budgeting and more. You must have a valid UofL account and appropriate permissions to access system features.
Request a service account through the Identity Access Management portal if you need a shared account for departmental or group use. Service accounts are for university business and do not have access to CardBox, Virtual Private Network (VPN) or other resources by default.
