| Move Workers into Existing Manager’s Sup Org or into a newly created Sup Org |
- Process a Change Job based on the appropriate population to move worker to another Manager OR
- Submit a Move Workers form (only JM to JM or PM to PM).
- Optional: Submit an Update Sup Org form to have the old Sup Org inactivated.

- This form should only be used to move 10 or more employees at a time.
- New Manager already has a Sup Org of the correct type (JM or PM).
- Workers can only be moved from JM to JM or PM to PM Sup Orgs.
- Moves from JM to PM or PM to JM must be processed by the HR Initiator using a Change Job process based on the appropriate population.

This type of change should occur after a Termination, Reclass, or Change Job business process for the existing Manager is approved, or after a Sup Org is newly created. |

Update Sup Org
(inactivate/reactivate or update naming convention, department code, subtype, superior org, cost center, primary location, or manager)

Submit an Update Sup Org form. |
- Use when the organizational chart remains the same and only one or more of the listed details are changing.
- If updating the manager’s name, all members of the Sup Org will report to the newly designated manager.

- The effective date cannot be in the future. The effective date of the Sup Org can be either the first day of the current month or the first day of the current fiscal year.
- Updates to the assigned manager should only occur after the termination, reclassification, or transfer of the existing manager has completed.
