Instructions

Request Purchasing Assistance

  • Contact ITS or Procurement Services for quotes and vendor recommendations.
  • Use approved purchasing channels and follow university guidelines.

Complete Purchase and Inventory

  • Ensure devices are tracked and inventoried according to university policy.
  • Follow disposal and surplus procedures for old equipment.

Outcome

After completing these steps, your technology purchases will comply with university policies and be properly tracked.
