Instructions
Request Purchasing Assistance
- Contact ITS or Procurement Services for quotes and vendor recommendations.
- Use approved purchasing channels and follow university guidelines.
Complete Purchase and Inventory
- Ensure devices are tracked and inventoried according to university policy.
- Follow disposal and surplus procedures for old equipment.
Outcome
After completing these steps, your technology purchases will comply with university policies and be properly tracked.
