Learn how to access, navigate and use Campus Solutions for student information and academic services at UofL.
Instructions
Access Campus Solutions
Log into ULINK with your UofL credentials.
Select the Student or Faculty/Staff tab as appropriate.
Navigate the Upgraded Interface
- Use the new homepage tiles to quickly access registration, grades, financial aid and advising.
- Search for services using the improved navigation bar or search box.
- Review the ULINK use guides for screenshots and step-by-step instructions.
Complete Common Tasks
- Register for classes, view grades, and check holds using the Student tile.
- Advisors and staff can access student records, manage appointments and run reports from the Faculty/Staff tile.
- Use the self-service features for updating contact information, viewing financial aid and managing academic progress.
Find Training and Support
- Access ULINK upgrade documentation and video guides from the ULINK use page.
- Use the search bar in ULINK to find help topics and FAQs.
Outcome
After completing these steps, you will be able to access and use Campus Solutions through ULINK for student information, registration, advising and academic services.

• Contact the ITS HelpDesk: Call 502-852-7997 during business hours:
o Monday through Thursday: 6:00am – 10:00pm
o Friday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
o Saturday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
o Sunday: 10:00am – 10:00pm
o University Holidays: 7:00am – 5:00pm
o Closed on Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
o If you have an emergency during off hours, call the HelpDesk to be transferred to an on-call technician, or leave your request on voicemail. Your call will be returned the next day starting at 7am unless you specify a time.
