Objective or Task:
View team absences using the Team Absence Calendar in Workday.
Instructions:
- Enter Team Absence Calendar in the Workday search bar.
- Select Team Absence Calendar from the results.
- Select an organization under Organizations.
- Select specific employees under Workers if needed.
- Select Include Self to include yourself in the view.
- Select OK.
- Use the calendar arrows to move forward or backward in time.
Outcome:
The Team Absence Calendar displays submitted and approved absences for your selected team and date range.
