View team absences using the Team Absence Calendar in Workday.

Instructions:

  1. Enter Team Absence Calendar in the Workday search bar.
  2. Select Team Absence Calendar from the results.
  3. Select an organization under Organizations.
  4. Select specific employees under Workers if needed.
  5. Select Include Self to include yourself in the view.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Use the calendar arrows to move forward or backward in time.

Outcome:

The Team Absence Calendar displays submitted and approved absences for your selected team and date range.
