Objective or Task:
Correct an approved time off request using the Absence Calendar in Workday.
Instructions:
- Enter Request Absence in the Workday search bar.
- Select Request Absence from the results.
- Select Correct My Absence.
- Select the approved time off entry on the Absence Calendar.
- Select the item you want to correct.
- Update the Type if needed.
- Update the Quantity per Day if needed.
- Update Comments if needed.
- Review the time off request Details.
- Enter Comments explaining the correction.
- Select Submit.
Outcome:
The corrected time off request is submitted and routed to your manager for re‑approval in Workday.
