Before you Begin
- Required access or permissions: You must be an active faculty, staff or student to receive a UofL account.
- Have your UofL login credentials available.
Instructions:
1. Open the GlobalProtect VPN Client
- Go to the Windows system tray.
- Click the world globe icon for GlobalProtect VPN.
2. Access VPN Client Settings
- Click the three lines in the top right corner.
- Select Settings.

3. Resubmit the Host Information Profile (HIP) Report
- Click the Host Profile tab in the menu bar.
- Click the Resubmit Host Profile button.
