Clearing Cache Instructions for All Browsers

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (three vertical dots in the top right corner).
  2. Click on History.
  3. Move your cursor to the left and click on 'History'. 
  4. On the left side of the screen, click on 'Clear browsing data'. 
  5. On the Basic tab, put a check mark next to Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. 
  6. Click on Clear Data.
  7. Close the Settings tab and open a new browser. 



Firefox: 

  1. Click the Open Window icon on the browser toolbar (icon looks like three horizontal lines).
  2. Click on Options
  3. Click on the General tab at the top of the pop-up window.
  4. On the left side of the screen, click on Privacy & Security.
  5. Under the History header, click on 'clear your recent history' .
  6. It is good practice to put a check mark next to all items, however, at minimum, you should mark Cache.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close the window and open a new browser.

 

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the Edge menu on the browser toolbar (three vertical dots in the top right corner).
  2. Click on History.
  3.  Click on Recycle Bin.
  4. Setting tab will open and clear browsing data window will appear.
  5. Choose time range and click on Clear Now button.
