Instructions
Review Hardware Standards
- Check minimum requirements for device type, operating system, processor, RAM and storage.
- Consult ITS recommendations for university workstations.
Request Purchasing Assistance
- Contact ITS or Procurement Services for quotes and vendor options.
- Use ITech Xpress or the Campus Store for personal purchases.
Complete Purchase and Setup
- Follow university policies for inventory, tracking and disposal of devices.
Outcome
After completing these steps, you will have hardware that meets UofL standards and is properly purchased and tracked.
