Accounts: How to View Service Accounts and Sponsored Accounts You Own/Manage

Users who own/manage service accounts and/or sponsored accounts can use Account and Password Management to view all of the service accounts and/or sponsored accounts they own/manage. View all of the service accounts and sponsored accounts you own/manage for easy review and overall access management.

Before You Begin

• You must be the owner or manager of the service account(s) or sponsored account(s) you want to view.
• Have YOUR UofL login credentials handy.

Instructions

View Service Accounts You Own/Manage

1. Go to Password and Account Management.
2. Enter your UofL login credentials.
3. Click SIGN IN.
4. Click the REQUEST HUB tab.
5. Click the CHANGE ACCESS tab.
6. Enter "service" (no quotation marks) in the search bar.
7. The service accounts you own/manage will appear as search results.

View Sponsored Accounts You Own/Manage

1. Go to Password and Account Management.
2. Enter your UofL login credentials.
3. Click SIGN IN.
4. Click the REQUEST HUB tab.
5. Click the CHANGE ACCESS tab.
6. Enter "sponsored" (no quotation marks) in the search bar.
7. The sponsored accounts you own/manage will appear as search results.

View Service Accounts and Sponsored Accounts You Own/Manage

1. Go to Password and Account Management.
2. Enter your UofL login credentials.
3. Click SIGN IN.
4. Click the REQUEST HUB tab.
5. Click the CHANGE ACCESS tab.
6. Enter "account" (no quotation marks) in the search bar.
7. The service accounts and sponsored accounts you own/manage will appear as search results.
