A) Adding the required Google Meet Add-on
To add a Google meet to your outlook calendar, user must follow these steps first:
1. If you are using the "New Outlook" for Windows or Outlook on the Web
Microsoft removed the traditional "Get Add-ins" button from the top ribbon in the new layout.
OR
2. If you are inside a Calendar Event or Email Draft (New Outlook/Web)
OR
3. If you are using Classic Outlook (Desktop App)
B) SENDING A GOOGLE MEET REQUEST AS AN OUTLOOK CALENDAR INVITE
To send the Google Meet link as an Outlook calendar invite, you can generate the link directly inside a standard Outlook meeting request.
Follow these steps to insert the link and send the invite:
Step 1: Open a New Outlook Meeting
Step 2: Generate the Google Meet Link

Note: If you don't see it on the main ribbon, click the three dots (... / More options) on the far right of the toolbar, select Apps, and click Google Meet.
Step 3: Add Details and Send
Your attendees will receive a standard Outlook calendar invitation. When they open it on their computers or phones, they will see the native Google Meet link ready to click and join.
