Instructions
Access My Team Management
- Open Workday.
- Select View All Apps on the landing page.
- Select My Team Management.
- Review upcoming time off, recent team activity, and action items.
Review Supervisory Organization Org Chart
- Select your Profile icon.
- Select View Profile.
- Select Team.
- Review reporting relationships within your supervisory organization.
Review Your Team’s Upcoming Time Off
- Open My Team Management.
- Review upcoming time off for your direct reports.
- Identify any missing time off.
- Ask employees to submit missing time off requests if needed.
Review Supervisory Organization Roles
- Enter the name of your Supervisory Organization in the Workday search bar.
- Select the supervisory organization from the search results.
- Open the Roles tab.
- Review Assigned roles.
- Review Inherited roles.
- Confirm the correct individuals can initiate and approve actions.
Review Key Reports by Role
- Review reports available for your Manager role.
- Identify reports relevant to your functional area.
- Access additional reports as needed.
Review Available Training Materials
- Review training resources available for managers.
- Identify training related to approvals, delegation, and team management.
- Complete training as needed to support your role.
