Instructions
View Applications in the Global Navigation Menu
- Open Workday.
- Select the Global Navigation Menu.
- Review the list of available Applications.
- Review Your Top Apps on the Workday landing page.
Add or Remove Applications
- Select the Global Navigation Menu.
- Select Add Apps.
- Enter a keyword in the search field to find an application.
- Select the plus (+) icon to add an application.
- Select Edit in the Global Navigation Menu.
- Select the minus (–) icon to remove an application.
- Exit the menu to save changes.
Add Shortcuts
- Select the Global Navigation Menu.
- Select Add Shortcuts.
- Enter the name of a task, report, or tool.
- Select the plus (+) icon to add the shortcut.
- Exit the menu to save changes.
Reorder Applications or Shortcuts
- Select the Global Navigation Menu.
- Select Edit.
- Select the application or shortcut you want to move.
- Drag the item to the desired position.
- Release the item in the new location.
- Select Save Changes.
