Instructions
Change Home Contact Information
- Open Workday.
- Enter Change My Home Contact Information in the search bar.
- Select the Change My Home Contact Information task.
- Select Edit in the Address section.
- Enter the Effective Date.
- Enter the Address Line.
- Enter the City.
- Enter the State.
- Enter the Postal Code.
- Save the address information.
- Select Edit in the Phone section.
- Select the Phone Type.
- Select the Country Phone Code.
- Enter the Phone Number.
- Select the Visibility option.
- Save the phone information.
- Select Edit in the Email section.
- Enter the Email Address.
- Select the Visibility option.
- Save the email information.
- Select Submit to complete the update.
Change Work Contact Information
- Open Workday.
- Enter Change My Work Contact Information in the search bar.
- Select the Change My Work Contact Information task.
- Select Edit in the Address section.
- Enter the Effective Date.
- Enter the Address Line.
- Enter the City.
- Enter the State.
- Enter the Postal Code.
- Save the address information.
- Select Edit in the Phone section.
- Select the Phone Type.
- Select the Country Phone Code.
- Enter the Phone Number.
- Select the Visibility option.
- Save the phone information.
- Select Submit to send the update for approval.
Outcome
Your home and work contact information is updated in Workday and used for university communications and official records.
