Objective or Task
Request feedback from others and review feedback in Workday.
Instructions
-
From the Workday landing page, enter Get Feedback on Self in the search bar and select the task.

In the Who do you want to request feedback from? field, select the employee you want feedback from.

If the employee does not appear in the list, type their name and press Enter.

In the Feedback Template field, review the default questions that populate automatically.

Remove the template selection if you want to create your own questions.

In the Questions section, review the listed questions.

Edit the text in the Question field if you need to change a question.

Select Remove to delete a question if it is not needed.

Select Add to include an additional question if needed.

Select a value in the Relates To field to associate each question with a competency.

Select Submit to send the feedback request.

To review feedback you have received, select your Profile icon from the Workday landing page.

Select View Profile.

Select Feedback.

Review feedback details on the Feedback Received and View Feedback Received tabs.

Select the Feedback Requested tab to review previously requested feedback and its status.

If needed, select Ask Others to request additional feedback using the same questions.
Outcome
Feedback requests are sent successfully and feedback is available for review in Workday.
