Before You Begin
- You have a smartphone with the Workday Mobile app installed.
- You have a valid University of Louisville Workday account.
- You can access University single sign‑on credentials.
Instructions
Sign In to Workday Mobile
- Open the Workday Mobile app on your device.
- Select Log In on the welcome screen.
- Enter UofL as the organization ID.
- Sign in using University single sign‑on credentials.
- Allow notifications if prompted.
- Notifications can be enabled or disabled later in settings.
Navigate the Home Screen
- View frequently used apps and information on the Home screen.
- Select Home to return to the landing page at any time.
- Select Inbox to view tasks that require action.
- Select Notifications to review alerts and updates.
- Select Apps to view all available Workday applications.
Search in Workday Mobile
- Select the Search icon.
- Use the People tab to search for employees.
- Use the Tasks and Reports tab to search for Workday tasks or reports.
View and Manage Your Profile
- Select your Profile icon in the upper‑right corner.
- Open your Worker Profile to view job details and compensation information.
- Select Preferences to manage app settings.
Manage App Settings
- Open General Settings to enable or disable notifications.
- Open Logging and Security to create or update a PIN.
- Manage Push Notifications settings as needed.
- View or share the Organization ID using the QR code option if prompted.
Sign Out of Workday Mobile
- Open the Profile menu.
- Select Sign Out to exit the Workday Mobile app.
