This article explains how you view an employee’s time off results by period in Workday. Administrators and authorized roles use this report to review detailed time off balances for specific plans and periods, including historical balances migrated from previous systems. This view provides more detail than the standard Time Off balance tab.

Objective or Task:
View time off results by period for a worker in Workday.
Instructions:
- Enter the employee’s name in the Workday search bar.
- Select the employee to open the Worker Profile.
- Select Actions.
- Select Time and Leave.
- Select View Time Off Results by Period.
- Select the desired Time Off Plan.
- Select the desired Period.
- Review the time off results.
Outcome:
Detailed time off results for the selected plan and period are displayed for the worker in Workday.
