Request a return from a leave of absence in Workday.
Instructions:
- Enter Request Return from Leave of Absence in the Workday search bar.
- Select Request Return from Leave of Absence from the results.
- Enter the First Day Back at Work.
- Select the appropriate Event from Absences Returned From.
- Enter the Actual Last Day of Absence.
- Add Supporting Documents if required.
- Enter Comments if needed.
- Upload Attachments if applicable.
- Enter an attachment Description if uploaded.
- Select the appropriate attachment Category.
- Select Submit.
Outcome:
Your return from leave of absence is recorded in Workday, your on‑leave status ends, and pay and accruals resume as applicable.
