Objective or Task:
Correct an approved employee time off request on behalf of the employee in Workday.
Instructions:
- Enter Correct Absence in the Workday search bar.
- Select Correct Absence from the results.
- Enter the employee’s name in the Worker field.
- Select OK.
- Select the approved time off entry on the Absence Calendar.
- Update the Type if needed.
- Update the Quantity per Day if needed.
- Update Comments if needed.
- Review the absence Details.
- Enter Comments explaining the correction.
- Select Submit.
Outcome:
The corrected time off request is submitted and routed for re‑approval in Workday on behalf of the employee.
