Update and manage your talent and career profile in Workday.
Instructions:
Access Your Career Profile
- Select your Profile Icon in the navigation bar.
- Select View Profile.
- Select Career.
Upload Education and Job History From a Resume
- Select Upload My Experience.
- Upload your resume.
- Review the parsed Education and Job History information.
Update Education
- Select Education.
- Select Add or Edit.
- Enter Country and School using the prompt icon.
- Enter degree details as applicable.
- Select Add to enter additional education.
- Select Submit to route for approval.
Update Certifications
- Select Certifications.
- Select Add or Edit.
- Enter Country and Certification.
- Enter certification details.
- Attach required supporting documents.
- Select Submit to route for approval.
Update Competencies
- Select Competencies.
- Select Add.
- Enter the Competency and Assessed On date if applicable.
- Select Submit.
Update Development Items
- Select Development Items.
- Select Add.
- Enter a Development Item description and Status.
- Expand Details if needed.
- Save the entry.
Update Training
- Select Training.
- Select Add.
- Enter the Training Name and Type of Training.
- Select Submit.
Update Languages
- Select Languages.
- Select Add.
- Enter Language, Ability, and Proficiency.
- Add additional abilities or languages if needed.
- Select Submit.
Update Professional Affiliations
- Select Professional Affiliations.
- Select Add.
- Enter the Name of the affiliation.
- Enter additional details if available.
- Select Submit.
Update Career Interests
- Select Interest.
- Select Edit.
- Enter Skill Interests.
- Enter Career Preferences.
- Enter additional career interest details.
- Select Submit.
Update Skills
- Select Skills.
- Select Edit.
- Enter skills and select them from the search results.
- Select Create New Skill if needed.
- Select OK.
Update Job History
- Select Job History.
- Select Add or Edit.
- Enter Job Title and Company.
- Enter start and end dates.
- Select Submit.
View Job Applications and Talent Cards
- Select My Job Applications to view internal applications.
- Select Talent Cards to view or print your career data.
