I-9 Remote Verification

If a new employee lives in a different state and needs to do their I-9, these are the steps they should take.

I am a new employee, but I will not be living or working within the confines of Louisville, KY. How do I complete my I-9 in person?

 

If a prospective employee is located outside the Louisville area and needs to complete the I-9 verification portion of the Onboarding process, email Human Resource Services, HRServices@louisville.edu, and provide the following information:

• Prospective employee name
• Address including zip code
• Phone Number

 

Human Resource Services will provide a list of reciprocal institutions to choose from and will coordinate between the prospective employee and the institution that is completing the I-9 verification.
